Here is just a brief overview of the differences between headshots, personal branding, or content creation photoshoots:
Headshots are perhaps the most common type of business photography. Generally a simple, solid background – white, black, or gray are most popular. Headshot images are generally from the waist up. This is great for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Courses, Websites, Marketing Materials, Business Cards, etc.
Personal Branding consists of headshots, plus more. Brand images communicate what you, what you sell, who your ideal client is, but are still professional like headshots. These can be shot on a variety of backdrops, fun colors, or even outdoor or on location. This is great for Instagram, Facebook, Courses, Websites, Marketing Materials, Business Cards, etc. To read more about why a personal branding shoot can be right for you, click here.
